Blossom Charity Run £2044.50 raised

On Sunday 5th May SRC teamed up with a fantastic local charity called Blossom’s Legacy in a fundraising event. Running from the carousel at Southport Pier to the Plough & Harrow pub in Upholland.
Blossom's Legacy is a charity that was set up in the memory of Blossom Iris Kelly. The charity promotes water survival lessons in schools, which include both dry and water based training. The pool lessons teach children to float with the dry class room based lessons provided water safety education. In addition CPR training is offered to parents and primary school children in West Lancs.
