Interval Session (Monday)
Our mixed ability interval sessions on a Monday evening, are great way to improve your fitness.
Run at your own pace with varied shuttle runs and games to help build up strength and speed in a fun environment.
Ideal for members who want variation in their running and wish to improve their pace and endurance.
Great way to meet other members and have a laugh and a chat.
The sessions start with a gentle warm up lap, light stretches and exercises to increase the blood flow around the body. Followed by interval running tasks and few games to build pace and stamina. We end the session with light exercises such as sit ups and leg raises, ending with stretches and lots of laughs.
Mixed ability interval sessions are on Tower Hill Playing Fields, Up Holland, WN8 0DS.
