Couch to 5K (Tuesday & Friday)

Skelmersdale Running Club Couch to 5K Programme
• Free 9 week programme we host twice a year in the Spring and Autumn.
• Ideal for beginners, people looking to build up fitness, or for those returning to running after a lengthy absence.
• Helps build up confidence in a friendly atmosphere with the aim to complete a 30 minute continuous run at the end of the programme.
• Participants who complete the programme will be capable of joining our 5k group on a Thursday club night.
• Medals and certificates presented on completion.
• SRC members will support C25K runners on their first Parkrun.
